Syndie Kim joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is a Principal on the Insurance team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Syndie was a Principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where she focused on technology and business services investing. Before that, she served as an Equity Research Analyst at Fidelity and began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst.
EDUCATION
Syndie received a BS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
